The Australian head office is based in Adelaide and there is now an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales/Customer Service Coordinator to join the team on a permanent full-time basis. You will be working closely with a dynamic and supportive team who are focused on delivering excellent customer service.

Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager your responsibilities will be:

  • General sales enquiries and quotations, as well as providing technical information to customers
  • Build long term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Provide internal sales support to sales representatives
  • Provide supportive after sales service to customers
  • Manage the end-to-end processing of incoming orders through to operations

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have the following experience and skills:

  • 1- 2 years experience in a customer service & sales role
  • Open to any industry background
  • Opportunity for recent uni graduates with a mechanical engineering degree to apply too
  • Product training and strong support provided to successful candidate
  • An excellent customer service focus and an ability to manage multiple enquiries in a timely manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic, driven, reliable, personable
  • Strong time management skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications
