  • About the job:

    This architect is required for the Human Capital Management (HCM) Replacement project. The project's objective is to replace the current legacy SAP HR solution with a new HCM solution, that is likely to be SAP SuccessFactors. We need a solution architect with proven recent experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for a large enterprise, preferably also with SuccessFactors Employ Central Pay and SAP S4/Hana implementation experience

     

    Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Proven recent experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in large enterprise environments, demonstrating a deep understanding of configuration, integration, and best practices for deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Pay, including payroll configuration, integration with other systems, and compliance with regional and global payroll requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, particularly in integrating with SuccessFactors solutions and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
  • Ability to design and articulate comprehensive architectural solutions, including detailed project plans, system integrations, and data migration strategies for HCM systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing stakeholders, guiding project teams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex HCM solutions within scope, time, and budget constraints.
