About the Role
As a People Analytics Lead in our Workforce Strategy & Transformation Team, you’ll play a key role in helping to lead people analytics and the development of people insights to guide our future talent and culture strategy within the ANZ Group. You will lead a team within the ANZ Group to deliver high quality, accurate and timely people reporting and play an active role to lead the transition to a real-time self-service reporting and dashboard offering across the ecosystem of talent and culture metrics.
This role may also support the Suncorp Bank which will join the ANZ Group on completion. Completion of ANZ’s acquisition of Suncorp Bank remains subject to legislative amendments by the Queensland Parliament and approval by the Federal Treasurer. Assuming these conditions are satisfied, completion of the acquisition is expected to occur in or around mid-calendar year .

What will your day look like?
This role is accountable for:
Analytics and Insights
Proactively identify and develop/deliver people analytics and insights across the ecosystem of talent and culture metrics Present strategic people insights in a clear way that the business can action Lead the development of high-quality reports and presentations for senior leaders Contribute to data governance and operational requirements, specifically fit for purpose data integrations and security.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
HR Data knowledge (critical) Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships Highly collaborative team player with the ability to develop, lead and manage effective cross-functional groups Highly developed and outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to autonomously manage senior stakeholders (Tribe Leads) Knowledge and experience translating data into practical business recommendations Ideally experience with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and Qualtrics platforms.You’re not expected to have % of these skills.
