Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting framework to provide insights into our workforce metrics.
    • Design and implement data visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
    • Lead the development of regular reports and dashboards for senior leadership and the business.
  • Data Management
    • Oversee the integrity and accuracy of our HR data, ensuring it is complete and up-to-date.
    • Develop and maintain data standards and processes to ensure consistency across the organization.
    • Work closely with IT to ensure seamless integration of HR systems and data.
  • People Systems Ownership
    • Be the product owner for our HRIS system, ensuring it meets the needs of the business.

Requirements
