About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Analytics & Systems Lead to join our team at Latitude Financial Services. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through data-driven insights and strategic system implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain people metrics, reporting, and data systems to inform business decisions.
  • Design and build optimum solutions to meet business needs, collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Provide analysis and insights to identify trends and root causes of workforce metrics, driving continuous improvement.
  • Lead the development of a people & culture systems roadmap, ensuring seamless integration and automation.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Manager to ensure integration of people systems, payroll, and leave management.
  • Drive continued automation and process improvements to enhance the employee experience.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in HR or Data and Analytics, with strong reporting and systems experience.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably Workday, and proficiency in business intelligence and visualization tools.
  • Experience in complex problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis.
  • Highly analytical with a passion for data, reporting, and systems, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to identify organizational and process improvement needs and analyze options.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with ability to build trust, negotiate, and influence stakeholders.
