Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing trusted connections across all levels of the organisation to ensure access to strategic and operational HR insights.
  • Support discussions around organisational design to drive our growth and innovation.
  • Coaching leaders to foster workforce commitment, high performance, and alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Partnering with leaders on performance reviews, performance management, and development plans.

About you  

You will have experience in large, complex environments and a strong track record of achieving impactful HR and business results. You’ll bring a collaborative approach, a knack for creative problem-solving, and a passion for driving meaningful change. In this role, you’ll work directly with Senior Manager level stakeholders, so your ability to engage and influence will be key to your success.

  • The ability to build and leverage strong connections across all levels of the business.
  • A deep understanding of employee and industrial relations matters.
  • Proficiency in clear, compelling communication, both written and verbal.
  • A degree in HR or a related field, coupled with proven experience in complex organisational settings.
