We are seeking an experienced HR professional who can lead efforts to promote employee engagement, facilitate workshops, and develop actionable plans to support business objectives.
About the Role- Support Hiring Leaders and the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment and selection of key talent.
- Partner with the leadership team as a trusted advisor on HR matters.
- Lead initiatives to foster a positive work culture, promote employee engagement, and drive business outcomes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Recruitment and Selection: Supporting Hiring Leaders and the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
- HR Advisory: Providing expert advice and guidance on HR matters, including employment law, policy development, and employee relations.
- Culture and Engagement: Leading initiatives to promote a positive work culture, engage employees, and drive business outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Commerce, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Knowledge of Employment and Industrial Relations legislation and their application.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary package that includes a competitive base salary ($80,000 - $120,000 AUD per annum) and additional benefits, such as access to training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a generous leave entitlement.
LocationThis role is based in our Adelaide office, with regular travel required to other locations throughout Australia.
