HR Business Partner: Strategic Advisor

The role of HR Business Partner at Fyfe requires a highly skilled professional who can work closely with colleagues, General Managers, and leaders to provide advice and coaching on people matters. This includes recruitment, employment and industrial relations, as well as supporting organisational development and training programs.
This is a permanent full-time position working from an office in Adelaide, offering a balance of operational HR activities and involvement in strategic HR initiatives. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to promote employee engagement through facilitation of workshops and developing actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Hiring Leaders and the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment and selection of key talent.
- Partner with the leadership team as a trusted advisor on HR matters.
- Lead efforts to promote employee engagement through facilitation of workshops and developing actionable plans.
- Use HR metrics to drive insights and initiatives that support the business.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Commerce, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role.
- Knowledge of Employment and Industrial Relations legislation and their application.
- High attention to detail and good time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Personable and flexible approach to problem-solving.
- Passion for fostering and creating a positive work culture.
