Responsibilities/Missions

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Liaise with students and professionals looking for qualified work opportunities in Australia on a daily basis
  • Support the team in writing attractive Job Descriptions
  • Source candidates based on our client's requirements
  • Shortlist candidates and lead the first round of interviews based on our robust recruitment methodology
  • Communicate our job and internship offers on our channels and look for new ones to promote efficiently our offers and to attract more candidates
  • Support our online marketing and communication activities for Australiance by creating visual contents, articles, newsletters and updating our website
  • Support our internal process improvement effort as required

Length:

  • Duration: 6 months internship
  • Type: full time OR part-time of minimum 4 days per week
  • Start date: early to mid-January 2025

Requirements

  • You are currently studying in a Business school or relevant topics such as Human Resources and had your first successful professional experience in project management, consulting and/or recruitment and you want to gain more practical experience in a fast-moving international team
  • You are a team player willing to face challenges
  • You have a can-do attitude, combining high-level thinking and a hands-on approach
  • You are a fast learner and proactive in your work
  • You have great attention to details
  • You want to know more about the startup ecosystem
  • Your English is fluent both written and spoken
  • IT: good knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office suite, Canva, Linkedin, and Collaboration tools. Skills in Customer Relationship Management and Marketing automation would be a good bonus.
