Join a global leader in development and management. This company is undergoing expansion. You will be responsible for administration side of one commercial development. While you do not directly handle development, tenant management, nor building management, you will liaise with local development partners and get necessary information and monitor the project. Your communication ability is very important with internal and external stakeholders. This role is suitable for someone who has been involved in project management (even indirectly in any industry such as marketing, construction etc) or research, analysis, or major in university degree.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with local partners and developer
  • Monitor that construction work is progressing as scheduled
  • Monitor construction approvals, procedures, and submitted documents coming from the partners ; share information internally
  • Conduct market research, compare rents, and assess values
  • Gather information and data to report internal and HQ
  • Write monthly meeting minutes
  • Monitor internal approvals for various business outsourcing, etc.
  • Other General Affairs: Office management (ordering supplies, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Japanese native level speaker and English language skill
  • Background of Property is NOT necessary but someone who is good at communication and quick to learn
  • Experience in project management (even indirectly in any industry such as marketing, construction etc) or research, analysis or major in university degree.
  • Visa holder of Permanent resident, Partner Visa, Australian citizen,
  • No working holiday or Student visa applicant due to Perm position
