Job Title: Japanese Language Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese language administrator to join our team at HOBAN Recruitment. As a junior administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the Japanese market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with local partners and developers to monitor construction progress and approvals.
  • Conduct market research and gather data to report to internal stakeholders.
  • Write monthly meeting minutes and monitor internal approvals.
  • Provide general administrative support, including office management and supply ordering.

Requirements:

  • Japanese native level speaker and English language skill.
  • Experience in market research or data analysis is an advantage.
  • A few years of working experience in Japan.
  • Visa holder of Permanent resident, Partner Visa, Australian citizen, No working holiday or Student visa applicant.
