We are currently looking for an APS5 for our Travel/Credit Card helpdesks. Ideally we are interested in applicants looking for a s26 transfer with experience using Expense8 and an existing baseline security clearance.
We are currently looking for an APS5 for our Travel/Credit Card helpdesks.
Ideally we are interested in applicants looking for a s26 transfer or available for a 12 month non ongoing position with experience using Expense8 and/or TechnologyOne and an existing baseline security clearance.
Skills should include:
- Experience in travel and/or credit card administration/management in a Commonwealth government environment
- Responding to enquiries via email and phone,
- Understanding of travel and credit card acquittal processes, policies
- Knowledge of Expense8 and/or Technology One;
- Customer service focus with strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Based in Canberra, flexible work will be considered following an extensive training process.
You are required to be an Australian Citizen for this position and have a Baseline Clearance.
