Travel/Credit Card Administrator Position in Canberra

We are seeking a skilled APS5 Travel/Credit Card Officer to join our team at Flexhive, based in Canberra. This 12-month non-ongoing position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in travel and credit card administration.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to enquiries via email and phone. They will also have a solid understanding of travel and credit card acquittal processes, policies, and procedures.

Apart from providing exceptional support to customers, the selected individual will be responsible for managing travel and credit card requests, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims. The role requires proficiency in Expense8 and/or Technology One, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing travel and credit card requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries via email and phone
  • Maintaining knowledge of travel and credit card policies, procedures, and acquittal processes
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

This position is open to Australian citizens who hold a Baseline Clearance. Candidates must be willing to undergo an extensive training process to ensure successful integration into the team.

An estimated salary range for this position is between $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
