Office Assistant 

We're seeking an Office Assistant to join the Easygo team 

In this role, you'll support the Workplace Experience team with daily tasks and help ensure our operations run smoothly. Your contributions will be essential in managing our rapid growth and expanding office space.Who are we?

Role and Responsibilities 

  • Assist with breakfast delivery, pack away and removal each day across all offices
  • Café support during busy periods each morning and other times as requested
  • Put away and organise café deliveries as requested by Café Manager 
  • Stacking and unloading dishwashers on each floor throughout the day 
  • Create and maintain a clean and organised workspace environment for the business
  • Liaise with the Workplace Experience Manager and Specialist regarding any feedback or requirements for our third party suppliers 
  • Communicate maintenance requests and ensure all office equipment is in good working order
  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies for each floor, with daily checks and top ups 
  • Tidying and organising of communal office spaces
  • Assist with office deliveries, including receiving and sending packages and mail
  • Assist with office growth and innovation, including coordinating with vendors and contractors
  • Maintaining office stationery requirements 
  • Office events set-up and pack down as required
  • Collating and handing out new employee welcome packs 
  • Reception/Concierge cover and other ad hoc support as required

Work Experience:

  • At least 1 year of professional experience 
  • Knowledge of office or business procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced professional environment

  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Customer service-oriented, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Collaborative and able to work well with others.

  • Dependable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
