Office Assistant, Melbourne

- We are looking to recruit an approachable, proactive, and service-minded Office Assistant to our Melbourne Office. Your main responsibilities will be to assist the Office Manager with all item’s office-related, providing services to the growing onsite team in the office as well as for all the external visitors._
**The role**
Responsibilities will consist of but will not be limited to:
- Upkeeping and maintenance of the common areas, such as the meeting rooms and pantry
- Printing, scanning and binding of material and presentations
- Coordinating external guest procedures including conference room set up, liaising with building security and greeting guests upon arrival
- Carrying out administrative duties such as filing and copying, etc.
- Maintaining office and pantry inventory and order supplies as needed
- Supporting employee travel and hotel bookings
- Assist in organising company and team events
- Provide administrative support to the senior management
- Data entry and record management
- Assisting the Office Manager in the onboarding/offboarding processes of employees
- Performing other ad-hoc administration duties for management and support employees as required in administrative tasks
Minimum 2 years of work experience in an administrative capacity is a pre-requisite.
- O Level to Diploma holder
- At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Proactive team player with ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Resilient, service minded and positive can-do attitude
