About the Role:
The Essential Communications Coordinator is a key position that involves coordinating campaigns and communication journeys across various channels, including mail, email, SMS, and push notifications. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Contribute to the development of content and communication strategies to enhance the RAA user experience
• Coordinate campaigns and communication journeys across multiple channels
• Analyze data and provide insights to inform future communication strategies
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in direct marketing communications and campaign development

Salary and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible work arrangements, professional development opportunities, and access to our rewards program.
