The role
The Payroll specialist will play a critical role in the successful implementation of a new Time & Attendance system. This role requires a blend of technical, functional, and interpersonal skills to ensure the new system meets organisation requirements and complies with relevant regulations.
- Analyze data and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for the payroll implementation project
- Develop test cases and scenarios
- Create clear documentation and training materials
- Monitor the system and provide support for any post-implementation issues
- Conduct a post-implementation review to identify any issues or areas for improvement
What’s in your toolkit?
- Strong understanding of ADP - Payforce platforms
- Experience with system configuration, data migration, and integrations
- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that arise during implementation
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and an ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong attention to detail, time management, organisational skills, and a high degree of accuracy
