Senior Learning Specialist

About the Role
The Senior Learning and Development Specialist will be a key strategic partner in driving Mortgage Choice's training and development initiatives for the Mortgage Choice broker network.
Leveraging high expertise in learning and development, you will collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs, design innovative learning solutions, and deliver impactful programs that enhance franchisee performance and drive business results.
Working within the Mortgage Choice Learning & Development Team, you will be accountable for designing and delivering a coordinated program of learning tailored to the unique needs of our audience, underpinned by the principles of business success.
You will lead initiatives related to onboarding new recruits, up-skilling existing brokers, delivering new initiatives, and driving successful change across the business, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver learning programs that meet the needs of Mortgage Choice brokers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop innovative solutions
- Lead initiatives to drive business results and enhance franchisee performance
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
- Contribute to the development of L&D strategies
