People Systems Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled People Systems Specialist to join our team at REA Group. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for optimizing our HR technology suite, including Workday, to drive business outcomes and improve employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand HR technology needs and functional goals.
- Surface upcoming features and changes to be added to the roadmap based on stakeholder needs.
- Lead and support organizational and functional initiatives related to people systems.
Integrations and New Technology
- Lead the functional review of new HR applications or modules within the existing environment.
- Lead the scoping of functional change for new features and/or integrations to support new systems.
- Oversee data integrations from Workday to target systems, including payroll, employee survey platforms, and other recruitment solutions.
Cyclical and Business As Usual
- Contribute to the deployment of Workday releases as required.
- Contribute to the management and prioritization of the people systems roadmap.
- Support the rollout of key cyclical processes, such as performance review and remuneration review.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Workday, with relevant certifications a bonus.
- Exposure to multiple HR systems would be an advantage.
- Strong business engagement and analysis skills.
- Ability to translate technical constraints into language that is easy to understand.
- Ability to project manage cyclical pieces of work.
