People Systems Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled People Systems Specialist to join our team at REA Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for optimizing our HR technology suite, including Workday, to support the delivery of cyclical work and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and functional goals as they relate to people systems.
- Surface upcoming features and changes to be added to the roadmap based on stakeholder needs.
- Lead/support ongoing organizational and functional initiatives as they relate to people systems.
What We're Looking For
- A working knowledge of Workday and relevant certifications are a bonus.
- Exposure to multiple HR systems would be an advantage.
- Strong business engagement and analysis skills.
- The ability to translate technical constraints into language that is easy to understand.
- The ability to project manage cyclical pieces of work.
