**The Company**:
FedEx/TNT Express is one of the world's leading providers of business-to-business express delivery services and we have a fantastic opportunity for a professional Operations Support and Administration Clerk at our **Enfield** depot, to actively contribute to and take responsibility for the effective administration and support of the operations.
**Your main responsibilities will include**:
- Managing relationships with staff, peers, management and customers and ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all internal and external clients.
- Working towards assisting operations personnel in their roles and would need to action Administration reports.
- Data entry
- General administrative support for the depot and depot management
- Assisting in maintaining accurate personnel files for weekly and monthly staff
- Any other related task as directed by the Manager.
- To be considered for this opportunity you must have:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, sound organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work within a team environment and as a team player
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvements and adapt to changes in the workplace
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze numerical and written information
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Lotus Notes
