Job Description

Join our dynamic team at Chester Hill, Australia, as we seek passionate individuals for various Employment Services Roles. We're looking for dedicated professionals who are committed to helping others find meaningful employment and achieve their career goals.

  • Provide personalized support and guidance to job seekers, assisting them in their employment journey
  • Conduct assessments to identify clients' skills, interests, and barriers to employment
  • Develop tailored job search strategies and action plans for clients
  • Collaborate with local employers to identify job opportunities and match them with suitable candidates
  • Offer ongoing support to both job seekers and employers to ensure successful placements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and outcomes
  • Organize and facilitate job readiness workshops and training sessions
  • Stay informed about local labor market trends and employment opportunities
  • Work closely with team members to achieve organizational goals and targets
  • Participate in community outreach events to promote employment services

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in using job search and recruitment tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Passion for helping others achieve their career goals
  • Adaptability and empathy in client interactions
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on positive outcomes
  • Knowledge of local job market and employment trends (preferred)

No previous employment services experience necessary – we value enthusiasm and the right attitude
