Job Description

In this role you with provide Sales and Administration support, this is a permanent role, where you will be responsible for customer enquiries, producing quotes, processing orders and arranging deliveries to the customers and provide support to the sales team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing sales orders including invoicing, issuing confirmations, and monitoring customer orders to meet expected delivery schedule.
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders including setting up new suppliers and updating existing supplier details.
  • Arranging and managing outward and inward freight orders, including quoting and responding to enquiries.
  • Working with the sales and production teams to ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Supporting the operation of the office activities efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
  • Support our customers with order queries, ETAs for deliveries, assisting with incoming calls and emails.
  • Sales orders are entered correctly into the system showing the expected delivery date.
  • Invoices are raised correctly and promptly issued to customers.
  • Compliance with all credit requirements for each customer and obtain deposits or payments in full prior to commencement of work of delivery of orders.
  • Ensure that all customer and supplier details are continually updated.
  • Conducting general office duties and maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

 To be successful; you will require:

  • Previous experience in a Sales Support and or Customer Service role
  • Intermediate skills -  MS Office 
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to build good rapport and relationships with internal and external customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with great problem-solving skills
