About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at Cummins Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report preparation, and document management.
  • Sales Planning and Budgeting: Assist with sales planning and budgeting, including the preparation of sales forecasts and budget reports.
  • Salesforce Management: Manage and maintain the accuracy of sales data in Salesforce, ensuring that all sales information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Assist with the development and delivery of sales training programs, ensuring that all sales team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Salesforce.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
