What’s the Job?

The role of Centre Administration Officer exists to provide administrative, coordination, communication and project tasks relative to the work of a range of Commonwealth and key stakeholder funded community based programs.  The role of Centre Administration Officer - assists day – day coordination of service delivery and for assisting the Senior Operations Manager/Area Manager in work with key partner organisations.  Support Consultants and Area Manager to carry out day-to-day client serving activities.  

What we need from you:
> Excellent financial and literary skills including use of all computer software systems
> Experience in providing frontline customer service
> Exceptional organisational skills with a high attention to detail
> Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse group
> Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high degree of initiative
> Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
> Demonstrated experience in working with people at all levels in a medium to large organisation with multiple sites (Team Player)
> Current Victorian Drivers Licence
> Be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 
> Possess a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance or be willing to obtain one
