The ICT Systems Owner - Content Platforms is responsible for the support, operation and development of Content Management platforms within the overall Goodstart technical environment, with a focus on SharePoint and Microsoft Viva. This is a critical role and will provide technical leadership as Goodstart undertake significant work on our content platforms in order to make content and knowledge more accessible for our staff and easier to curate for our Expert Service teams. You will be able to influence and deliver a substantial change program centred on how our staff engage with our various content platforms.

**Your Impact**:
Support the product strategy and roadmap - provide technical advice to the Product Owner and business Stakeholders on product roadmaps, ensuring proposed developments balance the business and technical requirements
Support the management the product backlog - consult with the Product Owner and Vendors to identify the technical impacts of backlog items, estimate effort and complexity to implement. Assist the Product Owner with the prioritisation and scheduling of backlog items.
Implement changes and fixes - conduct analysis of changes to determine the implementation activities required. Manage the implementation of these changes through the Solution Development Lifecycle
Manage Technical Change - Ensure all changes to the content platforms performed by Goodstart and support vendors are delivered in accordance with the Goodstart IT Change Management process.
Successful vendor partnerships -build and maintain a framework for collaboration around product issues and enhancements. Goodstart are partnering extensively with Microsoft for the development of solutions in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector. This role will play a key part in this strategic partnership.

**You'll bring to the table**:
Hold a degree in either Information Technology or business/ equivalent work experience.
Have 5+ years' experience implementing, supporting and improving SharePoint Online.
Experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Viva product and web content management platforms.
ITIL v4 Certificate is desirable.
Experience with web content management systems, particularly Kentico would be beneficial, though not essential.
AGILE solutions development certifications or experience - desirable.
