Senior Labour Relations Specialist
The role involves close collaboration with the People organisation, unions, and Leadership teams across multiple countries to develop a comprehensive labour relations strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a labour relations strategy aligned with overall business objectives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Manage negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements, ensuring outcomes that support business goals and employee needs.
Support the management and resolution of disputes and workplace issues, providing advice to leaders and the People team.
Represent the company in interactions with labour authorities, unions, and other external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Leadership experience in industrial relations, including complex collective bargaining negotiations and fostering productive relationships with unions and employee representatives.
Expertise in interpreting and applying enterprise agreements and awards, with a deep understanding of employment legislation.
Proven ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations matters.
Strong leadership and influencing skills, demonstrated by the ability to inspire action and drive positive change across diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI-SPHR/GPHR.
