An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Suburban Shopping Centre team to undertake the role of* Tenancy Fitout Coordinator**. This is a **24 month full time contract with the Possibility of Extension and/or Permanency*
In this role, you will report to the Senior Tenancy Fitout Coordinator and will assist with the planning, preparation, management and delivery of all works to meet the company's Leasing profiles to refresh existing fit-outs and open new retail and food & beverage outlets.
**Essential duties include, but are not limited to, the following**_: _**
- Assist the Senior Tenancy Fit-out Coordinator with the preparation and issuing of Tenancy Delivery related documentation
- Assist the Senior Tenancy Fit-out Coordinator with auditing tenancy/site services, including preparation of plans and drawings
- Assist the Senior Tenancy Fit-out Coordinator to prepare detailed Scopes of Work and obtain quotations
- Assist with Leasing Executive and Property Manager business goals
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of works to achieve Tenancy Delivery milestones in line with the Strategic Asset Plan
- Build and foster strong relationships with Hawaiian's preferred contractors. Identify and develop relationships with new contractors to add to Hawaiian's contractor pool
- Manage all Landlord works to achieve on time and on budget delivery
- Oversee Tenant works to assist the retailer meet their scheduled opening date
- Communicate closely with all stakeholders (particularly the on-site teams) to ensure all parties are kept up to date on project status and progress of all works
- Assist the Senior Tenancy Fit-out Coordinator with contractor engagement and management
- Conduct analysis and make recommendations based on evidence, thinking laterally to innovate or improve the work practices, systems and processes relevant to the role
- Maintain work in progress and tracker document and communicate timelines and projects when requested.

**Required Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong Microsoft Office experience with the ability to quickly learn new systems with training
- Understanding of Project Management principles advantageous
- Understanding of Safe Work principles advantageous
- Knowledge of mechanical services, hydraulic systems and electrical advantageous
- Valid West Australian Drivers Licence and own roadworthy vehicle
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Motivated and committed to accomplishing challenging objectives whilst providing exceptional customer service, via telephone and in person, with maturity and empathy.
