Job Opportunity

We are seeking skilled professionals to fill the role of Contract Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects, including commercial, refurbishment and fitout initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Select and review suppliers and subcontractors to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Negotiate and prepare contracts that meet project requirements
  • Manage and liaise with subcontractors to achieve project goals
  • Provide accurate and timely submission of progress, variation and contractual claims
  • Manage requests for information (RFI's) to clients, architects and consultants
  • Work closely with site management and the management team to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Budget management and reporting are key aspects of this role
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field
  • A proven track record in commercial, refurbishment and fitout projects
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
  • High level of planning and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proven ability to self-manage workflow and demonstrate initiative in achieving project objectives
  • Strong teamwork and autonomy skills to work collaboratively with others and make informed decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of emotional intelligence to understand team dynamics
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including WORKBENCH, CHEOPS and EXCEL
