Tenancy Manager Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Tenancy Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tenancy or property management, client support, or community services.

This role requires strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, as well as the ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the tenancy lifecycle, including move-ins and move-outs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, families, support coordinators, and SIL providers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure tenant needs are met and updates are communicated.
  • Tenancy & Information Management: Manage all aspects of the tenancy lifecycle, including move-ins and move-outs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience: In tenancy or property management, client support, or community services.
  • Familiarity with SDA: Highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license required.
