DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Sales Support Coordinator in Melbourne.

The Sales Support Coordinator role entails supporting the sales team in attaining the monthly as well as annual targets through RFQ support. Taking direct customer new business enquiries and network new business enquiries. This role is instrumental in assuring focused and productive communication with Sales team and also with new clients. The Sales Support Coordinator resolves all complex inquiries from the clients and ensures customer satisfaction. The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for different kinds of administrative functions essential for everyday operation of the system and fulfillment of the company offers.

**Your typical day at DSV**:

- Support the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, presentations, sales analysis and reports to help achieve sales targets.
- Create and update client rates in CargoWise One; manage customer organisations and myDSV logins.
- Respond to spot quote requests and coordinate with local procurement teams and overseas offices for competitive pricing.
- Analyse sales trends and performance data to improve quote turnaround, accuracy, and profitability.
- Assist with lead qualification, system data entry (CW1 & MS Office), and the implementation of new accounts in line with the company blueprint.
- Ensure all quotes and inquiries are handled promptly and in line with company policies and ethical standards.
- Monitor and manage sales-related expenses within budget guidelines.

**About you**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in an operational or customer service role within the freight forwarding industry.
- Strong knowledge of global logistics and end-to-end freight processes across air, sea, and road.
- Proven experience working with software solutions and navigating large, complex organisational structures.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, customer needs, and market dynamics.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
