Shaver Shop dominates its core business of both men's and female hair removal. In addition to Shaver Shop's core business, it enjoys a healthy market position across many other personal care categories such as power oral care, massagers, female beauty & hair care.
Shaver Shop currently supports its 123 corporate owned stores located across Australia and New Zealand via a Support Office team of around 50 people.
We have an exciting and diverse role that will suit applicants who can balance the hands-on nature of coordinating activity at our warehouse with day-to-day order management for our store network. The successful applicant is expected to spend (on average) around ~ 25% of their time at our current warehouse whilst the remaining time will be spent in the national office supporting the Merchandise and Buying team with inventory management, store inventory support and replenishment orders.

- **About You**_
- Ideally, some previous experience in a Merchandise, Value Chain, Warehouse or Buying role either hands-on or via study.
- Hands-on operator who has a strong understanding of retail operations.
- Must have exceptional excel skills.
- Strong work ethic and driven to succeed.
- Outstanding attention to detail and follow up skills.
- Experience and/or ability to liaise and coordinate activity with transportation companies.
- Experience and/or ability to liaise and coordinate activity with our 3PL warehouse company.
- Passionate about providing customer service excellence.
- Ability to multitask and adapt with changing priorities.
- Proactive, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- **About the Role**_
- Primary responsibility of ensuring store orders are placed on a weekly, monthly basis as required.
- Ensure orders are sent off to all suppliers in line with stock availability.
- Ensure suppliers deliver stock to stores in-time and in-full no less than 95% of all deliveries.
- Daily update to Shaver Shop staff on delivery ETAs of major promotional orders.
- Processing and receipting orders into stores and warehouse.
- Uploading purchase orders and adjusting them as required.
- Sending off orders to suppliers as required.
- Reviewing and approving inter-company transfers.
- Building order replenishment files monthly for completion by team.
- Ensure all corporate stores have 100% distribution of top 100 selling lines at all times (no exceptions)
- Reviewing all promotional stock lines to ensure sufficient stock supply.
- Ongoing liaison with suppliers regarding stock availability issues and order adjustments.
- Effective coordinating of corporate store monthly replenishment orders (123 Stores)
- Daily and weekly reporting of inventory, orders status and transfer activities.
- Responsible for allocating warehouse stock supporting online sales and international store locations.
