
Logistics Co-Ordinator

As part of MFG's commitment to our customer experience, our logistics and supply chain team have a new opportunity for an experienced Logistics Co-ordinator to join our state-of-the-art distribution centre based in Truganina. This role will have you reviewing, planning, and coordinating transport scheduled for nationwide freight ensuring timelines and business requirements are met, while managing external and internal stakeholder relationships.
What your day will look like;
- Reviewing, planning and coordinating shipment schedules for international and local suppliers purchase orders in line with store or warehouse delivery date requirements.
- Overseeing the performance of the 3PL including the maintenance of daily delivery schedule into any MFG warehouse or offsite locations.
- Managing external suppliers, acting as a key contact, processing invoices and reviewing services on an ongoing basis to ensure business requirements are met.
- Coordinating and monitoring logistics & supply chain related matters and projects in line with business requirements and timelines.
What you will bring to the role;
- You will have Tertiary qualifications in Business, Supply Chain Management or a relevant field is preferred
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years in a similar position with local experience working in a busy logistics management role
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Have exceptional attention to detail
- You are a natural communicator, with well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- You can take initiative, prioritise and multi-task, as well as proven time-management skills
