**Administration Assistant - Cardiology**
- ** Full Time Ongoing position - 80 hours per fortnight with monthly ADO**:

- The Cardiology Department at the Royal Melbourne Hospital is a major tertiary and quaternary referral centre, with particular strengths in electrophysiology and pacing, interventional Cardiology and adult congenital heart disease.
- We are looking for an administration assistant to provide a friendly, professional and patient focussed reception service to the Cardiology Diagnostic Service.

**Your new role**:

- Primary duties including greeting patients, managing diagnostic cardiology bookings, registration, phone enquiries and billing for tests.
- Undertake any other general administrative tasks as required

**About you**:

- You have relevant administrative experience in the public health sector.
- You have knowledge of medical terminology.
- You demonstrate the ability to work effectively as a team member.
- You show proficient IT/computer skills.
