Medical Office Professional

We are seeking a medical office professional for our cardiology clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent patient experience as the first point of contact, scheduling patient appointments, accurately processing patient accounts, handling high volume phone calls, confirming patient appointments, and performing administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients
  • Schedule patient appointments for cardiologists and cardiac technicians
  • Audit and process patient accounts with accuracy
  • Handle large volumes of phone calls
  • Confirm patient appointments
  • Banking duties
  • Scanning and filing documents
  • Perform ECGs and fit 24 Holter Monitors/Blood Pressure Monitors

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in medical administration or customer service is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Patient-focused attitude towards patients
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Detailed orientated
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
