As a Sales Operations Support, you will be part of our Sales Operations team. You will be responsible for providing a broad range of administrative duties to help ensure our day-to-day operational tasks run smoothly as we manage incredible growth and expansion.
The Sales Operations Support is responsible for providing exceptional day-to-day administrative support to our Sales Operations Team while cleaning and maintaining records to ensure reliable data within our CRM.
The tasks this individual is responsible for are a mix of routine and non-routine functions and complex, structured, and unstructured operational support duties to ensure the sales process can run smooth. Attention to detail is a must.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining accurate data records within the CRM to ensure the sales process can run smoothly
- Review all signed proposals and quote documents to match what is recorded against the CRM
- Provide support relief to Sales Operation across quote creation, quote revision, order placement and invoicing.
- Update purchase order records with accurate ETA dates
- Coordinate with Distributors and customers regarding order status, shipping delays, and any other order issues.
- Record renewals and track renewable contracts, services, and any recurring revenue for the business
- Help update sales-related resource documents, including training manuals, procedures and policies in Confluence.
- Form a strong relationship and maintain regular contact with Sales Manager, and Sales Operations teams.
- Contribute to the innovation and solutions to handle relatively highly complex orders and issues relating to quoting, processing orders, and invoice fulfilment.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure fulfilment in the most effective and efficient manner to close orders ASAP
- Resolve post order issues
- Oversee Sales portion of cross-functional compliance tracking including ongoing data entry and annual improvement initiatives
**Requirements**:
- Experience in sales operation support
- Proven high-level verbal and written English communication skills
- Attention to detail, independent, resourceful, reliable, adaptable, firm, and professional
- A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
- An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
- Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
- Ability to manage basic admin functions including Data entry, reports, dashboards, and other routine tasks
- Help maintain documentation on sales processes, and policies
- 2+ year work experience in Information Technology
