**About you**
You will have 3-5 years' experience in a generalist HR or recruitment role (ideally early careers or graduate recruitment).
Key attributes and skills will include:
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing end-to-end seasonal clerkship or graduate recruitment and selection in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of the graduate employment market
- Experience designing clerkship or graduate programs highly advantageous but not essential
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Learning and Development will be highly regarded
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills
- Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for building relationships and connecting talented individuals with career opportunities
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence through results and credibility
**Your role**
This opportunity will see you join our National People and Development team, where you will manage the full life cycle of our Clerkship and Graduate programs within our Melbourne and Sydney offices. This includes our annual recruitment process, on-boarding, management of programmes and general human resources projects/work.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing, attracting, assessing and coordinating our Early Careers applicants
- building and delivering exciting Early Careers recruitment campaigns for attraction and selection, using various tools
- Managing Early Careers on-boarding
- Finding innovative ways to identify and attract top talent, with a real focus on diversity and inclusion
- Enhancing our Early Careers employer branding materials and tools, ensuring they are of the highest quality and aligned with our objectives
- Contributing to various milestone initiatives related to Graduate recruitment and selection, employer branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP), social media projects, Diversity and Inclusion strategies, as well as on-boarding and streamlining systems
- The position will require regular domestic travel
