Job Title: People Advisor

A vital role is available as the first point of contact for employees to our Business Partnering Team.

This position offers a close working relationship with our Business Partners, who partner with line managers across the organisation to facilitate the achievement of operational goals.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a key advisor. This role requires someone who has previous experience in a HR Advisor role and tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.

The successful candidate will have highly developed organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and previous experience interpreting Enterprise Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees to our Business Partnering Team.
  • Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR matters.
  • Partner with business partners to deliver HR services to employees.
  • Interpret Enterprise Agreements and provide advice to employees.
Selection Criteria:
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR Advisory role.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their knowledge and skills in HR advisory and their ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
