Leadership Opportunity in Early Childhood Education

We are seeking a Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our centre, ensuring compliance and financial targets are met. This role involves creating lasting connections with the local community through partnerships with families and utilizing marketing flair to increase occupancy.

Key responsibilities include managing the centre's operations, mentoring and supporting educators to meet/exceed National Quality Standards, and achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards. To be successful in this role, you will require a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification, strong experience in a Centre Manager position, a current Working with Children's Check, and the ability to achieve targets while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.
