Job Title: Senior Property Manager – Boutique Commercial PortfolioAbout the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned property manager to lead our boutique commercial portfolio, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing a small team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial property management, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the management of our commercial portfolio, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of property managers and trust accountants, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Oversee lease administration, tenant relationships, and maintenance coordination, driving operational efficiency and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial property management, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of property legislation, leases, and trust accounting principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and develop a small team.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
