Due to continued growth and demand, we're now recruiting TWO distinct roles:
Residential Buyers AgentCommercial Buyers Agent
These are exciting opportunities for driven property professionals who are passionate about advocacy, strategy, and helping clients buy with confidence.
Residential Buyers Agent – Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients across all stages of the residential acquisition journey.
Source, inspect, evaluate, and negotiate the purchase of properties.
Educate and guide buyers — from first-timers to seasoned investors.
Build strong networks with selling agents to unlock on and off-market opportunities.
Stay ahead of market trends, suburbs in demand, and key developments.
What we are looking for:
Background in residential real estate, sales, or buyer advocacy.
Licensed or certificate holder (or close to obtaining).
Outstanding people skills — you're a trusted advisor and a great communicator.
Results-driven, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
A true love for property and helping clients make smart decisions.
Commercial Buyers Agent – Key Responsibilities:
Client Generation:
Build and nurture a strong referral network (agents, brokers, planners, etc.)
Proactively convert leads and book client meetings
Assist Senior Agents with meeting prep and follow-ups
Acquisition Management:
Guide clients through the full acquisition journey
Source, inspect, and assess on/off-market commercial properties
Conduct inspections, video reports, and property commentary
Provide market insights, due diligence, and CMA reports
Coordinate external professionals (conveyancers, inspectors, etc.)
Maintain clear client comms and accurate CRM records
Negotiation & Settlement:
Develop and implement smart negotiation strategies
Oversee exchange and settlement with all parties involved
