3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsENTHUSIASTIC & ENERGETIC Buyers Agent required for a busy Property Investment business located in Sydney CBD.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Buyer Agent to lead our Buyer's Agent division.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about real estate, client-focused, and ready to take ownership of a key division within our business.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with finance-qualified clients to understand their property investment objectives and criteria.Proactively engage with our existing client database to understand their needs, provide valuable insights, and secure appointments for property consultations.Identify, source, and assess properties across on-market, pre-market, and off-market opportunities.Perform comprehensive property due diligence, including market research, cash-flow projections, and risk analysis.Strategically lead negotiations, securing favourable terms and ensuring successful acquisition outcomes.Manage the end-to-end buying process, maintaining transparency and client satisfaction.Foster and maintain robust relationships with real estate agents, developers, and other industry stakeholders.Deliver a high standard of client service, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.Key Qualifications:Proven experience in buyer-side or seller-side property transactions.In-depth knowledge of the Australian property market.Strong negotiation skills and client management experience.Analytical mindset with experience in property research and analysis.Remuneration Structure:We offer two flexible remuneration options:Option 1: Salary + Superannuation + Commission.Option 2: Commission-only for highly motivated candidates.Why Join Us?
