Servicing Melbourne West to the Geelong region, we can be flexible on location
As a Plena Speech Pathologist, you will be making a real difference for adults living with conditions such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, stroke, progressive neurological disorders, and age-related decline.Whether you're a seasoned clinician or a recent graduate, this role offers the support and flexibility to shape your ideal career path.Your Role:Deliver dysphagia and communication assessments and interventions.Manage your own calendar — flexible hours and locations that suit your lifestyle.Provide in-person and telehealth services across residential care and community settings.Collaborate with a national team of dedicated Speech Pathologists.Travel opportunities to support clients in regional areas (optional).
Advocate for and support clients with complex communication needs.Educate and consult with families, support coordinators, and care teams.What You'll Need:A degree in Speech Pathology and membership with Speech Pathology Australia.Valid driver's licence and reliable transport for travel.Passion for improving the lives of older adults.
