About the role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate full-time Speech Pathologist to join our wonderful team. Both early-career and experienced speech pathologists are invited to apply. You will play a vital role in providing services to our diverse client base, with the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' speech, language and communication needs
 - Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans to help clients improve their communication skills and meet their goals
 - Providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client
 - Collaborating with other educational and healthcare professionals, including teachers, occupational therapists and paediatricians, to provide holistic care
 - Maintaining client records and documentation in accordance with professional standards
 - Participating in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices.
 
About You
Along with a strong work ethic and positive outlook, you'll have:
- An accredited degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification with an interest in paediatrics
 - Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident
 - Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
 - Registration (or eligibility for registration) with Speech Pathology Australia
 - Strong clinical skills in speech, language and communication assessment and intervention
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families and work as part of a collaborative team
 - Proven time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
