Based at our central Balcatta office, you will play a key role in supporting enterprise agreement implementation and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and industrial instruments.This role is integral to Juniper's strategic workforce initiatives, ensuring we are positioned to attract and retain a skilled workforce while meeting all legislative and industrial requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct workforce contract compliance reviews to identify and address potential risksAssess time and wages data to ensure alignment with the enterprise agreement and Fair Work ActSupport implementation of Juniper's new 2025 Enterprise Agreement, including change management planning and consultationProvide expert advice on employment law, industrial relations, and policy applicationCollaborate with internal stakeholders to support remediation of compliance issues and develop workforce-related policiesAssist with BOOT testing, contract issuance, and industrial relations change projectsKey RequirementsTertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field5+ years' experience in employee relations or industrial relations within a complex organizationExperience in the aged care or health sectors (desirable)Qualifications in change management or project managementExpertise in interpreting enterprise agreements, awards, and employment lawStrong analytical and Excel skills to manage data and assess complianceExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilitiesA collaborative approach with the ability to influence and drive changeWhat's on offer?
