We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Human Resources Manager. This position is responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our management team on employment and industrial relations matters.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with operational personnel, clients, and other stakeholders. This includes understanding current and future manning requirements, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, and providing advice and support on employment and industrial relations matters.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution, as well as strong organisational and planning skills. A degree in Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations or Psychology is highly desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrated capacity to provide leadership and implement strategies
- Good understanding of applicable legislation, specifically FWA, NES, relevant awards, and associated legislative compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Highly developed computer literacy skills
- Degree in Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations or Psychology
