As an Industry Employment Specialist, you will be responsible for increasing the employment opportunities with employers/businesses across various industries.
You will use your sales and networking skills and through strategic specialisation develop relationships within local labour markets, maximising ongoing employment outcomes for our customers.
You will be based predominantly out of Rockingham and surrounding regions.
To be considered, you must:
Have full Australian working rights
Hold a full Australian driver's license
Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
Be able to pass a Working with Children Check
Demonstrate the WISE attributes: Customer Centricity, Curiosity, Resilience, Adaptability, Creativity and a Growth Mindset

About you
Experience in sales and business development management within a service-based industry including retail, hospitality, logistics
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Highly developed planning and coordination skills
Negotiation, conflict management and mediation skills
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Ability to work towards KPI's

Computer literacy
Full Australian working rights, ability to satisfy national police check, and Working with Children Check requirements
Hold a current driver's license
Speaking languages other than English will be highly regarded
