
Receptionist/Assistant Business Development Officer

**Responsibilities**:
1. Reception Duties:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment bookings efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with billing and processing payments as needed.
2. Business Development:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Create and curate content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and blog articles related to physiotherapy, pilates, and overall health and wellness.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to foster a sense of community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital ads.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, workshops, and seminars aimed at attracting new clients and retaining existing ones.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Assist in developing partnerships with other businesses and healthcare providers to generate referrals.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to take initiative and contribute ideas for business development.
- Knowledge of physiotherapy and pilates is a plus but not required.
