**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team as a business development officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing appointments, and developing social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Reception Duties:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment bookings efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Business Development:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms.
- Create and curate content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and blog articles related to physiotherapy and health and wellness.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to foster a sense of community.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with content creation tools.
