
Office Assistant/Receptionist

We are a well-established **education and migration agency** based in Melbourne, dedicated to providing professional and tailored services to our clients. We are currently seeking a **motivated and organised Office Assistant / Receptionist** to join our growing team.
This is a **client-facing and detail-oriented** role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment and is looking to build a **long-term career in the education and migration industry**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform **general office duties** including data entry, filing, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist in **accounts support** with basic financial tasks such as invoice tracking, payment records, and reporting
- Provide **clerical and logístical support** to education and migration consultants as needed
- Prepare internal documentation and administrative reports for management
- Coordinate internal communications and maintain accurate record-keeping
- Ensure the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly and professionally
- Must hold Australian Permanent Residency or be on a PR pathway
- Ability to speak either Mandarin or Cantonese is essential
- Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication (IELTS 7+ or equivalent)
- Prior experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism at all times
